"A sinful indulgence, the food here literally is not for the faint of heart with almost every item on their menu screams danger, from the Pata (joint knuckles), the Lawas (bone marrow), the Hingod-hingod (snout), the ikog (tail), everything is wickedly delicious. The restaurant setup is simple and rudimentary but everyone from all walks of life frequent this place. the staff are crude and sometimes foul mouthed when they talk to each other but to clients they are always polite and accomodating"

"... no frills all-time favourite pata restaurant. cheap and cheerful, popular local destination. you can ask for extra soup. don't expect modern decor, no airconditioning just electric fans, parking could be a bit tricky during peak times, not sure of the parking rules in this area."

"I usually order "kansi-lawas". It's tasty and they're very generous with extra broth. Their porkchop/liempo is the fattiest and oilest delight. Take out is possible. But be warned, there is always smoke from burning coming from somewhere so you will smell like burned something when you're done."
